Discover two unique and historic distilleries in Martinique. You will get to know their fascinating history like that A1710 rum, truly unique among the rums produced in Martinique and the walk in the beautiful clement plantation.

This exclusive tour begins in the city of Francis where you can enjoy a private tour of Simon's plantation by learning the process of making rum from A to Z, the history of the plantation and the main house, distillation and production of sugar cane will have no secrets for you after this visit! The tour will end with a tasting of their excellent rums and an opportunity to buy them.

Then, for the more curious, it will be possible to visit the showroom of the Rum Company at the Simon house with their 1000 brands of rum from around the world (Tuesdays to Fridays).

Afterwards, you can visit the Clement plantation. Your guide will take you all along this discovery where you will see the old main house (a historical monument), the distillery museum, the botanical garden with contemporary sculptures, the aging pieces and the exit offering tastings and the sale of rums. You will also have the chance to visit the art galleries with their exhibitions.
